Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered from The Audacious Place. Because many of our products are made especially for you when your order is placed, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@theaudaciousplace.com. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. In most cases, damaged or defective items do not need to be returned.

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Books and journals: Items that arrive damaged or defective are eligible for replacement or refund. Otherwise, books and journals are considered final sale unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Cancellations: Because orders may enter production shortly after they are placed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once submitted. Contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.
